IVA arranges seminars and other events, which in most cases are free of charge and open to everyone. In many cases, you can choose to participate on site or remotely via streaming - live or afterwards. Most events are held in Swedish.

NTA Digital

Within NTA Digital, digital learning materials are developed for the school development program Science and Technology for All (NTA), which is aimed at students and teachers from pre-school to year nine.

The Junior Academy is an international science programme aimed at young people aged 13 to 17 who want to contribute to a better world and enjoy extra challenges outside of school hours.

Industriforskargruppen, IFG

IFG gives young leaders in research, development and innovation the opportunity to develop their knowledge and leadership, as well as stimulating ideas that are strategically important for the future of Swedish industry.

Resilient Digital Infrastructure

The overall goal of the project is to contribute to Sweden's digital infrastructure being able to measure up to the most advanced countries in the world in terms of capacity, quality and security. The project brings together different perspectives to come up with concrete and feasible proposals for action that strengthen the resilience of the digital infrastructure.

IVA believes in humanity’s capacity to contribute positively to society through the engineering and economic sciences. Our contribution includes producing reports, knowledge bases and policy proposals within the relevant areas. All our reports are reviewed by experts.

IVA’s prize for science in journalism

IVA's prize for science in journalism was awarded in the years 2015-2023 to reward a scientific approach in the media and excellent journalism in science, technology, innovation and entrepreneurship.
